Recreational Baseball

HSA has made every effort to build a Baseball Program that will attract as many players as possible, from within Haslet and the surrounding communities, that have a true love for the game of baseball. In an effort to attract those players we offer opportunities from 3 years of age all the way through high school and it is our goal to give every child the opportunity to excel at any age level. With the help of our volunteer coaches, we strive to teach the baseball fundamentals in an environment that is both challenging and rewarding. As players advance in age, we still hold to that same philosophy, giving players of all skill an opportunity to learn and enjoy the game. As players advance in their skills and talent, they will be awarded additional opportunities; as well, they will continue to be rewarded by regularly attending games, practice sessions and required HSA events and also by their general attitude and conduct on the field. HSA plays under the PONY Baseball governing body and as such will field All Star teams at each age group that have the opportunity to compete at the district, regional, state and national levels.
